Refund policy
At Saleekay Zayba, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, the return process may take approximately 10–11 working days, including inspection and processing. After approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, beauty and personal care items, and any used products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000
